• Life happens. If you miss a month, your unused vouchers remain on your account, allowing you to redeem multiple services in a future visit if you wish.

• Upon cancellation, any unused service vouchers will expire 30 days after your membership ends.

• Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.

• Accounts with outstanding balances will be canceled if payment is not received within 30 days, and any unused vouchers will be forfeited.

• A 4-month minimum commitment is required. After that, memberships may be canceled at any time with 30 days’ notice.

Q: Is a spa membership worth it?

A: If you visit a spa more than once every 6-8 weeks, a membership almost always saves you money and more importantly, it changes your relationship with self-care from 'maybe I'll get around to it' to 'this is already scheduled and already mine.' Our Signature Membership starts at $135/month and includes a monthly facial or massage, plus 10% off everything else. For most of our members, that is less than the walk-in price of a single service.

Q: My family member is coming to town. Can they use one of my vouchers?

A: Vouchers are tied to individual member accounts and aren’t transferable. However, you’re welcome to purchase a gift card for them and enjoy your 10% member savings on the purchase.

Q: If I need to cancel within 24 hours, what happens?

A: We’ll apply your service voucher to the cancellation unless you prefer for us to charge the card on file. Just let us know.

Q: What happens if I can't make my appointment one month?

A: Your voucher stays on your account. Unused vouchers roll over, so you never lose what you paid for as long as you have an active membership. Life happens, and we've built our membership that way intentionally. You can use multiple vouchers in a single visit if you've saved up, or just use them when you're ready.

Q: I’m interested in a membership to see a specific provider. What if they’re unavailable or no longer with Spa Haus?

A: Memberships are with Spa Haus rather than an individual provider. Our team is carefully selected and highly skilled, and we’d love to match you with another provider you’ll enjoy. If you decide a membership is no longer the right fit, simply provide 30 days’ notice to cancel.
